Refund Policy
Noor Vitamins offers a 100% refund for unused and unopened products if packaging is intact. Please note that all returns valued at $250 or more will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be initiated directly with us no later than 1 month after receiving your shipment.
Refund is for cost of the sealed, unused, and intact merchandise returned. Shipping charges are not reimbursed. To initiate a return, please email: info@noorvitamins.com. Please include your name, email address used for the order and your order number.
If a package is sent to the wrong address, Noor Vitamins will not be responsible for any refund associated with the error. We do our best to fulfil orders quickly, so once an order is placed we can not change the address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they enter their correct information. It is also the responsibility of customers to update their information on subscription orders as well.
For items that go missing in the USPS or Canada Post, please reach out to these organizations directly for any missing packages. Noor Vitamins can not be held responsible for packages once they leave our fulfilment centers. Any delivery error must be addressed directly with USPS or Canada Post.

Noor Vitamins will not be responsible for any duties, fees, or custom requirements to ship outside of the US. It is the responsibility of the purchasing customer to understand their local regulations and laws when importing Noor Vitamins for their personal use in their home country.

Credit card orders will be refunded on the card used for your most recent purchase of each specific item. PayPal orders will be refunded via PayPal. Check and money order purchases will be refunded by check.
